Fabrics
Our pieces are mostly made with a variety of 100% cotton ankara or African-print fabrics. Each ankara print fabric is one of a kind; therefore, no two prints will look the same. To preserve this uniqueness, each style is made in limited batches.
One-Size-Fits-Most Model
Our sizes are one-size-fits-most. For example, our Yaayaa high-low skirt fits up to a waist size of 40 inches which means you can adjust the drawstring accordingly. The remainder of our skirts are fastened with either an elastic waistband and/or belted to allow you to adjust the fit. Our boubou dresses and tops are designed to be loose-fitting. We provide the measurements on each item to give you more information regarding sizing. For your reference, our model is a standard size 8US and 5'6" tall.
Size Customization
In addition to our one-size-fits-most model, we offer free size customization. If you desire a different fit in length, bust, waist, etc., we recommend adding these details in the notes section upon checking out before submitting with your order. If you require assistance with your measurements, do not hesitate to get in touch and we'll be very glad to assist you.
Processing
All items are handmade with love upon order. Please allow 2 business days for processing. This time frame isn't affected if you require size customization. Any changes to your order, including cancellation, should be made within 48 hours of placing your order.
Care Instructions
For all dresses, tops, skirts, scrunchies and head wraps, we recommend the following:
- Hand Wash with Mild Soap Recommended
- Do not bleach
- Hang to Dry
